RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us within 14 days that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may use the return function on our website or contact us at info@arkivco.com. Please include your name, order number and the product concerned.

You may also use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s standard withdrawal form, but this is not required.

After notifying us, you must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising your right of withdrawal. If you use a return label provided by us, we will inform you of the cost before the return is sent. The cost may be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a tracked return service and packing the product carefully.

You may inspect the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics and function, we may deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in value.

The original packaging should be used if it is still available, as it is designed to protect the product during transport. However, the absence of the original packaging does not in itself remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

EXTENDED 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, ARKIV & COMPANY offers an extended return period of 30 days from the date you receive the product.

For returns requested after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, the product must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it and returned in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided.

Please contact us at info@arkivco.com before sending the return. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be processed under the extended return policy.

When using the extended return policy, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping cost is not refunded for returns made after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

REFUNDS

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments covered by the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method, such as express or home delivery, will not be refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that it has been sent back.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

For an approved return under our extended 30-day return policy, the product price will be refunded after we have received and inspected the product.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect the product when you receive it. If the product is damaged or faulty, or if you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@arkivco.com. Please include your order number and, if possible, photographs showing the issue.

For an approved complaint concerning a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, ARKIV & COMPANY will cover the return shipping cost and resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the customer’s specific requirements or which have been clearly personalised.

The statutory right of withdrawal also applies to sale items.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive another product or colour is to return the original product and place a new order.
